4,在"Select one or more conditions that will trigger this select Actions For This Rule"列表中设置规则部份动作。如果邮件符合该规则定义的条件，将执行这里定义的处理动作。

Strip All Atttachments From Message :删除邮件的附件
Move Message To Bad Message Directory:将邮件移到错误邮件目录
Skip n Rules : 跳过n条规则
Stop Processing Rules 跳过所有剩余的规则
Copy Message To Specified User(s): 将邮件发送到某个收件人
Append Standard Disclaimer :为邮件附加说明，可以将说明加到邮件脚注，附加文本文件。
Add Extra Header Item To Message :为邮件添加标头，需要定义新的标头名和值
Delete A header Item From Message :从邮件中删除一个标头，需要重新定义要删除的标头
Send Note To... :将某个收件人发送一个邮件，可定义收件人、发件人、主题和正文
Remove Digital Signature : 删除数字签名
Run Process :运行一个程序
Copy Message to Folder :将邮件的一个备份放入某个定义的文件夹
Move Message to Pubic Folders:将邮件移动到公共文件夹
5, 在 "Select one or more actions that this rule will take"下的文本区中显示和编辑新规则的内部脚本，单击其中的条件或动作的划线部份，可以打开编编辑器对变量进行设置。 另外，单击"Apply this rule to messages in the LOCAL%26amp;REMOTE queue，可以设置指定规则的应用范围。
