Ａ：修改公用数据夹的权限可以从Exchange管理程序着手,也可以由建立该资料夹的客户端着手,以客户端而言,只要在所建立的公用数据夹名称上按下鼠标右钮选内容,从”权限”设定页即可修改之. 至于使用Exchange管理程序,选到欲设定之公用数据夹名称后, 选 File/Properties…/General tab/按下“Client Permissions…”钮，在此设定页即可规划使用权限。

Ｑ０６：如何移除无法存取的公用数据夹？

Ａ：当二个 Site之间的 Site Connector断掉之后，公用数据夹的阶层架构仍然会显示在Public Folders内，不论你从 Exchange Clients 或是从 Exchange Administrator Program都再也无法存取该公用数据夹，当企图开启该公用数据夹的Properties时:在 Exchange Administrator Program上,会出现: “The object cannot be found in the directory. This may be because replication has not completed. Microsoft Exchange Director. c1010aae.” ;在 Exchange Client 端则出现: “The folder could not be opened. The contents of this public folder are currently unavailable. Either the MS Exchange Server computer servicing this public folder is down or the public folder has not been replicated to this site.”

解决的方式如下:

1. 激活 Microsoft Exchange Administrator Program

2. 选到欲管理的Server名称

3. 开启右边窗口中的 Public Information Store的内容页

4. 选到 Instances
